Chad Barton
Senior Property Manager
Chad Barton is the Broker/Co-Owner of MIDCITI Realty, and serves diligently as the Senior Property Manager. Chad specializes in working closely with property owners to ensure that each home is in pristine condition, ready to welcome new residents with open arms. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive management style ensure that all properties meet MIDCITI Realty's high standards of excellence. Chad lives in New Braunfels with his wife and young children. He is a US Navy Veteran having served in Operation Enduring Freedom aboard the USS Enterprise, and is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.

Office Administrator
Lauren is the Office Administrator and brings a wealth of experience in business administration management. Lauren is responsible for administrative tasks, new tenant and owner onboarding, and supporting management. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and enjoying good company in the sunshine.
